TOURS

1. ‘Fashion Sounds London’ and ‘Fashion Sounds LDN’ is the trading name of Fashion Sounds London ( GB) 

2.  A full description of our products and pricing is found on the relevant pages of this website. Please note that while every attempt is made to operate the tours according to any published itinerary, we reserve the right to change the departure and return points, operations times and the itinerary without notice subject to local traffic conditions on the day of operation or for any other unspecified reason.

3. Bookings made through third party agents are subject to the terms and conditions of that agent. Fashion Sounds London accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information concerning the operation of London rock heritage tours that might be given by a third party agent.

4. Privacy Policy – If making a direct booking and paying by credit card via this website or through Paypal, note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

5. Cancellation Terms- We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. Please see our cancellation terms below:

  • Cancellations 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund issued.
  • Cancellations between 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour: Non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, safety concerns, or events beyond our control), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook on another date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person..

6. It is your responsibility to be at the departure point at the time necessary to join the tour. In the event of your not being at the point of departure by the allotted time you will be regarded as a ‘no-show’ and lose your payment in full. No refunds will be given. Should you arrive at the departure point late and decide to try to catch up with the tour on route, this is the individual’s responsibility and Fashion Sounds London will not be responsible for any costs you incur.

7. Lost or damaged items: should you lose an item on the tour, every attempt will be made to return this to you but no claim can be made on Fashion Sounds London  in respect of any loss.

8. All tour participants explicitly agree to follow any advice or instruction given to them by the tour director or guide. Fashion Sounds London accepts no responsibility for any injuries sustained in any road traffic accident.

9. We reserve the right to ask any tour participant to leave the tour at any time should their behaviour of that individual be judged to be detrimental to the enjoyment of the tour by other passengers.

11. Many guests, guides and suppliers share their tour photos, videos and thank you messages. Guests agree that these authentic travel memories may be used in Fashion Sounds London  promotional material, website and/or social media. Any individual wishing their image to not be included, please advise Fashion Sounds London in writing.

eVoucher Terms & Conditions

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period-If you purchase a Fashion Sounds LDN gift voucher online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. To request a refund, please email us with your order number and the purchaser’s name.

Refunds cannot be granted once the voucher has been redeemed.

2. Voucher Format (E-Voucher)- All vouchers are issued digitally. They cannot be lost or stolen. If you misplace the email or cannot access your voucher, we can resend it at any time—simply contact us with your details.

3. Validity Period- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. The tour must be booked and taken before the expiry date.

4. Non-Refundable After 14 Days- After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, vouchers become non-refundable but remain fully redeemable until their expiry date.

5. Transferability- Gift vouchers are fully transferable and may be used by anyone who presents the voucher at the time of booking. No name change is required.

6. Booking & Availability- All tours are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date. Vouchers can be redeemed via our booking page or by contacting us directly.

 

7. If We Need to Cancel- In the unlikely event that Fashion Sounds LDN must cancel a tour (e.g., due to illness or exceptional circumstances), voucher holders will be offered:

  • A free rebooking, or

  • A replacement voucher of equal value.

    If no suitable alternative can be offered, we will provide a full refund.
